Valentine's Memory Banner

Have you made your valentines yet?

I used Crate Paper's Love Notes collection to make these cards.

My new fringe scissors came in handy for this one.

This little chipboard heart needed a little color, so I raided my daughter's stash and found a princess paint pen. I love the aqua pearlized touch.

Doilies make valentines cuter! And mini puffy heart stickers! I used the sewing machine on this one. The mini clothespins from Target Dollar Spot were the perfect touch.

The Slice Machine was used to cut the heart out of the center of the pink ombre paper.

A Basic Grey chipboard frame covered in more princess paint completed this one.

Mini alpha stickers worked perfectly.

Letters and hearts were cut from patterned paper to make this card.

Smash

Do you Smash? I love this new idea for scrapbooking.

It is so much easier.  You don't have to think about where to place a bunch of doo-dads.  Got pictures?  Got tickets?  Smash 'em in a book.  Done.  I love little pockets and washi tape.  This album is perfect for the tiny pictures from my Instax Mini Camera.

You can buy these little quote pages, also.  Love that.  I happen to have a pretty funny kid who says things that I like to record to embarass her with later.

You could buy a Smash album, but I used this address book from Michael's.  I just covered the words "Address Book" with a chipboard piece from Basic Grey.

Aprons

THE gift for Christmas this year was an Easy Bake Oven.

If a girl is gonna bake, she needs an apron, right?

If a girl has an apron her dolly will definitely need one, too!

My sisters made these for my daughter and her new American Girl doll.  I don't even think they had a pattern.  Pretty cute, huh?  I am just a little jealous of their mad sewing skills.  But not really cause my new Instax mini camera should come in by Friday and it's gonna be awesome!  Stay tuned for more on that.
And get your little self ready to Smash with me.  (You don't really need a mini instant camera, but it might make it even more fun.)
