So the lighting is terrible in this picture, but these cards are really sparkly and pretty. I found an ornamental font at http://www.houseoflime.com/ and printed them large on cardstock. Then I used Tim Holtz pine distress ink, a couple spritzes of red Tattered Angels Gimmer Mist and some shimmery bronze Glimmer Mist. These were fun and easy to make. Perfect for the three florist frogs I recently found for a steal at an antique shop. You could also stand them up in place card holders or even upside down binder clips. |

Yeah, I made those jars that you commented on . .. they are so easy. Do you read the Shanty2Chic blog? That is were I got the tutorial. http://shanty2chic.blogspot.com/2009/10/ashleys-fall-apothecary.html Your joy letters are totally fabulous! I am going to go download it right now.
ReplyDeleteThanks! If you have trouble with the ornamental fonts let me know. Each letter is a different font and each font has several choices. For example, if you like the third "J", to print it you would type a "C" (third letter of the alphabet.)I'm off to make some jars!
